Frequently Asked Questions

Who are Fierce Fitness classes for?
Fierce Fitness classes are for everyone above the age of 12 and for all fitness levels (even if you have never exercised before). Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that not all classes are suitable for children younger than 12. Classes are suitable for men and women.
Can a pass be shared?
10-class pass and 20-class pass can be shared among 2 people. Fierce Starter pass and Monthly Unlimited pass cannot be shared.
Is there a difference between the monthly pass and 10-class pass?
Although the price is the same, the monthly pass gives you access to unlimited classes per month. Whereas, a 10-class pass is more useful if you’re only coming once or twice a week.
What should i bring to class?
Bring yourself, and a good attitude! For cycling classes, bring sport shoes, water bottle, and a towel. For all other classes, also bring an exercise mat.
Can I just walk-in for classes?
You need to register for each class through Punchpass (our online reservation system). For your first class, please contact us via Whatsapp at 012 340 2672, so we can help you book a desired class. You may also create a customer login in Punchpass reservation system and book your own class.
How early do I have to reserve a class?
You can book your classes 3 weeks in advance. Please try to reserve at least an hour earlier to ensure your spot. If the class is fully reserved, you will be put on the ‘Waitlist’ and an email will be sent to you when the spot becomes available.
What if I booked a class but can’t make it?
Cancellations must be done at least 12 hours prior to the class beginning unless you have an emergency or unpredictable circumstance. The faster you inform us of any changes, the better.
Do you offer Personal Training sessions?
Yes, please contact us privately for packages and to discuss your personal fitness goals. We will assign you a Personal Coach and plan your schedule with you.
Where can I leave my items while I’m working out?
We provide shelves to store your items while you are exercising.
What amenities does your studio have?
We have a shower, toilets, air-conditioning and fan, sitting area and free filtered water (Hot and Cold). The building also offers secure parking to visiting customers (rm2 per hour).
Do you provide any special offers for members?
Yes! On your birthday, you will receive a complimentary pass to be used within a month of your birthday for a class of your choice. We also have a referral program: for every paying customer that you bring in, you will receive complementary classes or Fierce Fitness workout gear.
